Starting September 1, under Texas SB 541, small-batch cottage food producers like EuroTreats Texas can legally sell our baked goods through registered vendors—including coffee shops, gourmet stores, delis, and cafés. We’ll handle all licensing through the state. You simply display and sell premium, European-style treats made locally with imported and organic ingredients.
