MY STORY
Hi, I’m Pöndzsi Elizabeth, a Hungarian-Transylvanian dessert lover in Austin, Texas.
I was born and raised in Budapest, where desserts are more than just sweet —
they’re stories, tradition, and flavor mixed into every bowl of dough.
When I moved to Austin in 2018, I was surprised at how hard it was to find good,
honest treats, that are flavorful, but not just a pile of colorful sugar.
Not another cupcake. Not another chocolate chip cookie.
I mean real desserts, the kind made with butter, patience, and a little bit of old-world magic.
So, I started making them myself.
Euro Treats Texas was born from that homesick craving and a stubborn belief that Texans deserve better pastries. I make everything from locally sourced, organic and imported European ingredients, to provide the most authentic, and healthy options.
I am happy to bring some traditional and modern, European-style cookies to You.
I am a Texas Cottage Food producer, which means small batches, made-to-order, all from my kitchen. Every treat I sell helps me get closer to opening a full patisserie-café where more people can experience these European desserts the way they’re meant to be:
flavorful, fresh, and a little nostalgic.
